Transparency matters to us. Below you’ll find clear answers about how Visiyn works, how subscriptions and credits are handled, and how we protect your privacy and data.

Visiyn is a desktop app that turns your music into real-time AI visuals. As your track plays, Visiyn analyzes rhythm, energy, mood, and lyrical cues to generate evolving artwork that matches the song.

It’s built for music fans, creators, performers, and anyone who wants a more immersive way to experience their favorite tracks.

Visiyn uses a credit system so pricing stays predictable:

  • 1 credit = 1 full song generation
  • New accounts receive 25 free credits on sign-up
  • Standard Membership: $9.99 CAD/month – includes 150 credits every month
  • Pro Membership: $19.99 CAD/month – unlimited use, no credits required
  • Token Packs: one-time purchases of 5, 25, or 50 credits whenever you need more

Credits added to your account stay there until you use them. If you cancel Standard, you keep any unused credits; your plan simply stops adding new monthly credits.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage your plan from the account area in the app, or contact support if you need assistance.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-Level-1 compliant payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide.

  • Visiyn never sees or stores your full card number or CVC
  • Payment details are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe
  • Receipts and billing history are available via your Stripe customer portal or on request

If a payment ever fails, your subscription will pause automatically until it’s updated, and you’ll keep any credits you’ve already received.

Visiyn is available as a desktop app for:

  • macOS (Apple Silicon) – optimized for M-series chips
  • macOS (Intel) – for Intel-based Macs (2019 and newer, or select earlier models)
  • Windows 10 & 11 – via a code-signed installer

For music services, Visiyn currently supports:

  • Apple Music – via Apple’s official MusicKit APIs
  • Local MP3 files – for offline or personal libraries

Privacy is important. Visiyn is designed to use only the information needed to generate visuals and manage your account.

  • We use official, pre-approved APIs such as Apple Music, Stripe, and Firebase
  • We only access the data required to know which track is playing, not your full listening history
  • Your account information is stored in Firebase with secure authentication
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers

Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • Standard and Pro plans can be cancelled from the account/settings section in the app
  • Upgrading from Standard to Pro is supported and uses prorated billing, so you’re only charged for the unused time
  • When you cancel Standard, you keep any credits already in your balance

Credits you already have stay on your account until they’re used:

  • Switching from Standard to Pro: existing credits stay in your balance (they simply aren’t needed while Pro is active)
  • Cancelling Standard: your plan stops adding new monthly credits; existing ones remain
  • Token Packs: one-time purchases that never expire under normal use
