Visiyn uses a credit system so pricing stays predictable:
Credits added to your account stay there until you use them. If you cancel Standard, you keep any unused credits; your plan simply stops adding new monthly credits.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage your plan from the account area in the app, or contact support if you need assistance.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-Level-1 compliant payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide.
If a payment ever fails, your subscription will pause automatically until it’s updated, and you’ll keep any credits you’ve already received.

Due to recent policy changes, Spotify access is only available on a limited basis. For the latest information, please contact support@visyin.com.
In May 2025, Spotify changed their developer policies to restrict API access to apps with 250,000+ active users or those that receive explicit approval. As an independent project, Visiyn wasn't able to meet these requirements at launch.
Currently, Spotify integration is limited to 25 users under their development quota. If you'd like temporary access to test Spotify features, please email support@visyin.com with your Spotify username, and we'll add you to the allowlist if slots are available.
In the meantime, Visiyn fully supports Apple Music and local MP3 files, plus the new Collections Mode for importing your existing music library. We're actively working on expanding platform support as the user base grows.

Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Credits you already have stay on your account until they’re used:
Collections Mode lets you import your entire music library into Visiyn. Import from iTunes/Apple Music XML, drag & drop MP3 files, connect USB devices, or rip Audio CDs. Your imported collection is organized by albums and artists, making it easy to browse and generate visuals for your personal music library.
Yes! The Apple Music web player includes mobile-optimized controls. Access your library, manage playlists, and control playback from any device with a web browser. This is perfect for controlling your visuals remotely during performances or presentations.
Click your profile icon in the app and select "Edit Profile" to update your name, username, and other details. You can also reset your password from the profile screen. Your profile settings are synced across all your devices.
